Customers provide us with picture or like-kind we design 3D renderings and pictures of structure for customers to recognition, and then develop a model and design PCB board. Customer’s order will be produced in mass after samples have been confirmed.
Customers only have a design concept, a simple 2D design will be drawn to customers for reference (free), after this, the 3D rendering and picture of structure will be designed to customers for confirmation. Next, we will develop a model and design PCB board. After customers have confirmed models of the mass product， customer’s order will be produced in mass.
A. PVC mold
PVC soft, PVC silicone mold time is 3 days (ie: we make the sample in three days), the mold fee,300RMB, will be charged if the order less than 2000 units. LOGO could be molded along with the model, be plane or three-dimension. It also could be screen printing.
Advantages: need less time, it could make more than 200 units at a time with shapes and color in diversity
Disadvantage: unit price of the shell is little expensive
B. ABS plastic mold
Abs plastic mold time is 12 -30, the mold fee is 8000-18000RMB (time and money cost shift with the complex degree of the shape), LOGO is screen printing.
Advantages: unit price of the shell is cheaper and suitable for mass production.
Disadvantage: takes a long time.
C. metal mold
The metal mold time is 12-30 (depend on the complex degree of the shape) the mold fee is 5000-12000 (ibid). LOGO is screen printing and laser engraving.
Advantage: suitable for mass production
Disadvantages: takes a long time, and the cost of shell is less cheaper
Steps for mold order:
Provide the original pictures and objects—draw renderings based on the original image (or copy the model if original objects provided) – develop a model and produce samples—customers confirm samples—producing goods.
